The Law Office of Curt Handley was formed in 1994.  Mr. Handley is a graduate of the University of Illinois' Computer Science Engineering and Thomas Cooley Law School.  As a developer and entrepreneur, he was involved in the development of custom software for Fortune 100 companies and developing and integrating web technologies that were just coming into play.  As an attorney, he saw the need for attorneys that could understand the technology so they could better protect it. He also saw that most businesses weren't deep pockets and that they appreciated value added services just as much as any household consumer.
